Glove Box

Pull the handle to open the glove box.

WARNING

An open glove box can cause serious injury to your passenger in a crash, even if the passenger is wearing the seat belt.

Always keep the glove box closed while driving.

Console Compartment

Pull the handle to open the console compartment.

Beverage Holders

Front seat beverage holders

Are located in the console between the front seats.

Rear seat beverage holders*

Fold the armrest down to use the rear seat beverage holders.

Door beverage holders

Are located on the both of front and rear door side pockets.

NOTICE
Spilled liquids damage the upholstery, carpeting, and electrical components in the interior.

Be careful when you are using the beverage holders. Hot liquid can scald you.

Coat Hook

There is a coat hook on the rear left grab handle.

The coat hook is not designed for large or heavy items.

Sunglasses Holder

To open the sunglasses holder, push and release the indent. To close, push it again until it latches.

You can store eyeglasses and other small items in this holder.

Detail
Keep the holder closed while driving except when accessing stored items.

Tie-down Anchors

The tie-down anchors on the cargo area floor can be used to install a net for securing items.

Do not let anyone access items in the cargo area while driving. Loose items can cause injury if you have to brake hard.

Under-Floor Storage Area

Pull the strap and open the lid.

 

Cargo Area Cover

The cargo area cover can be used to cover the cargo space.

Detail
Do not access parcels in the cargo area while driving.
This may cause injury if you have to brake hard.

Do not stack objects higher than the top of the seat in the cargo area. They could block your view and be thrown about the vehicle during a sudden stop.

To prevent cargo area cover damage:
  • Do not place items on the cargo area cover.
  • Do not put weight on the cargo area cover.

To remove the cargo area cover

  1. Open the hatch.
  2. Release the cargo area cover from the hook of each side.
  3. Remove the cargo area cover by carefully pulling out the pins on the lower edge of cargo area cover.

Reverse this procedure to install the cargo area cover.
