What to Do If Unable to Unlock the Fuel Fill Door

If you cannot unlock the fuel fill door, use the following procedure.

  • Cover

  1. Open the tailgate.
  2. Use a flat-tip screwdriver and open the cover.
    1. Wrap the flat-tip screwdriver with a cloth to prevent scratches.

  • Release Cord

  1. Pull the release cord as shown.
  2. Open the fuel fill door.
