Applicability
The following terms and conditions apply to this website (the "Site") maintained by or for American Honda Motor Co.,Inc. and its United States subsidiaries and affiliates and Honda Canada Inc. and its Canadian subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively "Honda").

By entering this Site , you acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and rules stated in these Terms. You are not permitted to use this Site if you do not agree to be legally bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully. Honda makes no representations that the information and materials contained within this Site are appropriate for locations outside the United States and Canada. By entering this Site you acknowledge and agree that, unless otherwise expressly stated, this Site is intended for use within the United States and Canada only and will only be governed according to United States or Canadian laws and regulations. If you use this Site from other locations you are responsible for compliance with any and all applicable local laws.
Intellectual Property
Honda will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the full extent of the law. All images, text, sound, photos, custom graphics, button icons, the collection and compilation and assembly thereof, and the overall "look and feel" and distinctiveness of the Site constitute trade dress and are either the property of Honda or used on this Site with permission. The absence on the Site of our name or logo does not constitute a waiver of our trademark or other intellectual property rights relating to such name or logo. All other product names, company names, marks, logos, and symbols appearing on the Site may be the trademarks and the property of their respective owners. Payments
All payments related to the Site are handled by PayPal, not by Honda. Your transactions with PayPal are subject to PayPal's terms and conditions and privacy policy. Honda is not responsible for your transactions with PayPal, except to ensure that your account will be properly created once you have paid in full. Honda receives confirmation from PayPal after you submit payment, but Honda does not handle or have access to your financial information.
General Submissions
You agree that you will not post on this Site, or transmit to this Site, any pornographic, obscene, profane, defamatory, libelous, threatening, unlawful or other material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law or regulation. Notwithstanding the fact that Honda or other parties involved in creating, producing, or delivering this Site, may monitor or review transmissions, postings, discussions, or chats, Honda and all parties involved in creating, producing, or delivering this Site, assume no responsibility or liability that may arise from the content thereof, including but not limited to claims for defamation, libel, slander, obscenity, pornography, profanity, or misrepresentation. By entering this Site you acknowledge and agree that any communication or material you transmit to this site or Honda in any manner and for any reason, is subject to review and removal, and will not be treated as confidential and/or proprietary to you, unless otherwise expressly stated in a particular area of this Site or in our Privacy Policy. Excessive Downloading
Unauthorized downloading is prohibited. If your account usage demonstrates excessive traffic, your account may be automatically disabled by Honda with no warning to you. You acknowledge and agree that if disabled, you can request a one-time-only reactivation. However, if disabled a second time, your subscription access will be terminated, and you may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Your subscription to the Site may be refundable at Honda's discretion. If you are requesting a refund or credit, the following policies apply: 1-day subscriptions - non refundable 30-day subscriptions - refunds may be made based on days remaining 365-day subscription - refunds may be made based on days remaining
Privacy & Security
Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms. You acknowledge that the requesting URLs of the machine originating the request and the time of the request are logged for access statistics and security purposes and agree that your use of this Site constitutes consent to such monitoring. To access portions of this Site, you are required to obtain a user name and/or password. Your user name and password is for your personal use only and is not a site license or group account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user name or password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under such name and password. You understand that you can help protect your user name, password and personal information by logging out of password protected web pages before you close your browser. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your user name or password. Honda maintains exclusive control of access and right of access to this Site. You understand and agree that we reserve the right to revoke your registration at any time without notice or cause of action for any reason whatsoever.

Availability
The Site may be unavailable from time to time due to mechanical, telecommunication, software, hardware and third party vendor failures. Honda cannot predict or control when such downtime may occur and cannot control the duration of such downtime. The Site may also be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, which in most cases will take place weekends and/or evenings. Honda cannot guarantee the duration of the outage, but will make every effort to restore the Site to service as quickly as possible.
Warranty-Covered Repairs
Service Bulletins and other publications often refer to procedures covered by a Honda or Acura vehicle warranty. Only authorized Honda or Acura dealers pare authorized to perform warranty service and repairs.

Locksmiths
You must be a member of the Associated Locksmiths of America (ALOA) to purchase a key code using the Site. If you are a member of the ALOA and are using the Site to purchase a key code, the following terms and conditions apply. Every time you wish to purchase a key code, you must pay a fee and enter your ALOA LSID and Pass Code. Honda will verify your active ALOA membership by transmitting your LSID and Pass Code to ALOA. Once you have registered to purchase a key code, you may obtain the key code by entering the vehicle's VIN. You will have access to the key code for 24 hours. When you submit your request to obtain a key code, Honda will again verify your active ALOA membership by transmitting your LSID and Pass Code to ALOA. Honda will also notify the National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB) about your request by transmitting your LSID, the VIN, and information about the transaction to NICB. You may obtain and use key codes solely for the purpose of servicing customers who, to your knowledge, own or are authorized by the owner to open and operate the vehicle. Your purchase and use of key codes must be authorized by law and by the Code of Ethics and standards of the ALOA. You may not disclose any key code to a third party. Honda is not responsible for the actions or omissions of the ALOA or NICB.
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO THE HDS SUBSCRIBER
If you have an older version of the HDS Software already installed on your PC, installing the new HDS Software will REMOVE the old Software automatically. Unlike the older versions of the HDS Software, the new Software will promptly stop working at the end of your Subscription period. In order to continue using the new Software and receive the periodic updates after the end of the original Subscription period, you must sign up for a new Subscription. Be sure that your PC clock/time is correct before installing the HDS Software. The HDS Software Subscription relies on your PC clock to determine the correct length of time the Software may be used. Any changes or manipulations of the PC clock will lock out the HDS Software. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. By installing or using the new HDS Software, you are acknowledging that you read and understood the above statements. HONDA MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL HONDA BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL PENALTIES OR DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, OR PENALTIES AND/OR DAMAGES FOR DELAY IN DELIVERY OR FAILURE TO GIVE NOTICE OF DELAY, EVEN IF HONDA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
